Orders

All orders placed by the customer are subject to stock availability and approval by Conception Design Ltd. We retain the right to treat each item ordered as separate. Orders will only be dispatched upon confirmation of funds in our account.

All care is taken to describe and present all items accurately; however occasionally there may be slight variations in colour or textures. As permitted by law we cannot always guarantee all content, descriptions relating to items for sale, or any other text content to be accurate or error free.
All items purchased from Conception Design Ltd are for personal use only. Commercial resale of any Conception Design items is strictly prohibited without prior written permission. International orders may incur local import duties payable by the customer.

Returns

Conception Design Ltd will accept returned items if they are in resalable condition with all labels and swing tags attached. The cost of returning goods is that of the customer, we do not take any responsibility for items lost in transit. Conception Design Ltd will cover the cost of re-sending exchange items.

Prices

Prices are current and in New Zealand dollars. They include 12.5% GST. The correct total, including the applicable delivery charges is calculated on the checkout screen at the time of purchase.
Conception Design Ltd. retains the right to change prices at any time.
